Let me start by saying that this balsamic is some of the best I have tasted. The real 5 stars are for the customer service. This balsamic was a birthday gift for my foodie father. After ordering, I noticed my phone had auto corrected the recipient to my late mother's name. My heart dropped. The last thing I wanted was for my father to receive, on his birthday, a reminder of the love of his life for 45 years who he had lost. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. The box had already shipped (kudos for the fast turn around time) but, they issued a new product to the correct name and were able to recall the wrong bottle. They did not have to go to all of this trouble, but they did. This company is a rarity in having a great product AND wonderful staff.
