The balsamic vinegars are thick, slightly sweet, and full of flavor. The olive oils, specifically the garlic and basil, have a nice, smooth, bold flavors. I mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, whisk, and toss with romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. It creates an amazing salad!

The olive oil and balsamic vinegar set in the wooden box was an incredible gift! The taste was delicious with bread, salads, chicken and fish. Will definitely buy more!
