Green Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Blazing Bella is absolutely the best balsamic. Love the tangy/sweet green apple balsamic. Love it on grilled chicken salads with feta.

I'm not really a fan of green apples, but this sounded interesting and I thought it might work in a chicken salad i make. What a surprise it turned out to be! My first taste of it (straight), the closest I can describe it is like a green Jolly Rancher...but better! I tried it on chicken (which we normally use the aged balsamic), and it was very good, but then I got a surprise...I tried it on steamed broccoli. I really like broccoli, especially with sesame oil sprayed on it, but this totally blew that away. Imagine broccoli almost tasting like candy? I now can't wait to sample this on other vegetables...steamed carrots, cauliflower, even brussels sprouts! This first bottle will likely be the taste-test for what I like it best on...but it definitely will not be the only bottle I ever purchase!

The Green Apple is tart and sweet at the same time. I use it most on salad and chicken.

Picked up a bottle of this at the fall festival in upstate New York. We have been using it on our Kale Salads with Toasted Almonds.
A strong apple flavor that does really well on salads. I even occasionally add some into my water.
