Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar - Modena Premium Reserve

I’ve always loved Blazing Bella (my parents had it too) but I recently had to go dairy free, and now balsamic is my new default for everything! Instead of buttering bread, put balsamic, oil and Italian herbs in a tiny bowl and dip your bread like a fancy person. I use it on top of green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, brussel sprouts and it’s perfect on Triscuits with salami. I can’t live without this stuff.

We bought a bottle at a fair because our daughter was a horse lover named Bella. It was amazing, we have tried many balsamic vinegars- by far the best. We love it in any dish, but especially on our caprese- fresh from the garden. We will never buy another brand!
