Makes 4 large salads.
- 5 ounces arugula
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese or feta
- 1/2 cup toasted and salted sunflower seeds (toasted almond is a great substitute)
- 3 radishes sliced thinly
- 1 medium jalapeno thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 ripe avocado diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup small red onion finely chopped
- pinch of sea salt
- Blazing Bella Strawberry Balsamic
- In a large serving bowl, mix in the ingredients as listed
- Serve with Blazing Bella Strawberry Balsamic
- For lunch salads: mix then divide into 4 containers. Add strawberry balsamic on the day of eating.
