Arugula Salad with Strawberry Balsamic

Makes 4 large salads.



  • 5 ounces arugula
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • 1/2 cup toasted and salted sunflower seeds (toasted almond is a great substitute)
  • 3 radishes sliced thinly
  • 1 medium jalapeno thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup small red onion finely chopped
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Blazing Bella Strawberry Balsamic


  1. In a large serving bowl, mix in the ingredients as listed
  2. Serve with Blazing Bella Strawberry Balsamic
  3. For lunch salads: mix then divide into 4 containers. Add strawberry balsamic on the day of eating.
