I will not bother with any other salsa, or hot sauces. I tried so many! I actually only tried this due to the name!
Bella was my grandmother’s name! As it turned out the salsa and hot sauces are amazing. I can only eat mild hot sauce and salsa, and you have both. My fav salsa is the plain choice, the mango and peach!!!! I will be a regular customer! I love that you give the option to buy 4 and choose the flavor!!! Perfect!!!! You do my Bella’s name Proud!!!! The balsamic vinegars are thick, slightly sweet, and full of flavor. The olive oils, specifically the garlic and basil, have a nice, smooth, bold flavors. I mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, whisk, and toss with romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. It creates an amazing salad!

White Balsamic Vinegar

I’ve always loved Blazing Bella (my parents had it too) but I recently had to go dairy free, and now balsamic is my new default for everything! Instead of buttering bread, put balsamic, oil and Italian herbs in a tiny bowl and dip your bread like a fancy person. I use it on top of green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, brussel sprouts and it’s perfect on Triscuits with salami. I can’t live without this stuff.

We bought a bottle at a fair because our daughter was a horse lover named Bella. It was amazing, we have tried many balsamic vinegars- by far the best. We love it in any dish, but especially on our caprese- fresh from the garden. We will never buy another brand!

Blazing Bella had a booth at the Jubilee fair in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania in 2025. they had samples of everything, and I fell in love with the truffle olive oil.. I made eggplant lasagna - I fried the eggplant in the oil instead of using butter - the taste was amazing. I didn’t even have to add any spices, After i fried the eggplant I baked it with Raos spaghetti sauce and mozzarella this was a perfect light lunch! Thank you!

I bought my first bottle of this from the Horse Expo in Harrisburg, and went through it in a month! I use it on everything and absolutely love it! It’s now on my Christmas list for everyone and will be a staple in our household!!
